Our Sustainability Governance Framework
The Board is ultimately responsible for overseeing sustainability and is guided and supported by the Sustainability and Health, Safety, Social and Environmental (HSSE) Committees. The Board delegates responsibility for sustainability management to the Executive Leadership Team and senior managers within the Company.
Human Rights
We are committed to respecting the human rights of our workforce, affected communities and the rights of all individuals with whom we interact.
We support the United Nations Guiding Principles (UNGP) and recognise and support the International Labour Organisation’s core labour standards.
Our employment practices are aligned with Social Accountability 8000 International Standard (SA 8000), audited annually against the Social Responsibility Compliance Information Management System (consistent with SA 8000).
