Our ethic’s helpline is available to employees and business partners to raise concerns of suspected or actual misconduct which may have a negative effect on the workplace or are a breach of our Code of Business Conduct. By reporting misconduct, you can help ensure our people are safe and secure in our work environment and you may also help us save money by eliminating theft, fraud and dishonesty.

You can report any suspected malpractice in relation to Capital Limited or our subsidiaries, this includes but not limited to:

  1. commission of a criminal offence;
  2. failure to comply with a legal or professional obligation or regulatory requirement;
  3. occurrence of a miscarriage of justice;
  4. endangerment of the health and safety of any individual;
  5. damage to the environment;
  6. bribery or other breach of any anti-corruption and bribery policy;
  7. facilitating tax evasion;
  8. breach of internal policies and procedures including the Code of Business Conduct;
  9. the deliberate concealment of any information indicating any of the matters set out above.
