Our role as an end-to-end mining service provider means we operate primarily on our client’s mining and exploration sites, with exceptions for our commercial laboratories, offices and workshops.

We are committed to managing the environmental and social impacts of our activities, working closely with our clients who typically control many environmental and community related aspects of our operations, including:

Fuel and energy supply
Waste disposal
Biodiversity management
Site rehabilitation
Community engagement and grievance management

While our direct influence over many of these factors can be limited, we apply our policies, standards and procedures, whilst actively working with clients to ensure we meet their standards and permitting conditions.

Challenges such as securing renewable energy in remote regions and reliance on client provided fuel affect our emissions reduction efforts, driving our efforts to pursue technology driven solutions, including piloting battery electric drilling equipment and investing in innovations that enhance efficiency and environmental performance.

Across our operations, we apply our own sustainability standards, work closely with OEMs on lower emission technologies, and maintain compliance with host country regulations while striving to exceed minimum requirements.

We also aim to enhance our positive impacts and benefits to society through prioritising host country and local community employment, training and development of our employees, host country procurement and corporate social investment in local communities.
