International Apprenticeship and Competency Academy (IACA) is Tanzania’s first technical training organisation that delivers standardised UK accredited training, including apprenticeship programmes, skills validation, technical tests and HSE training.

Training is offered across a broad range of industries including Oil & Gas, Mining, Energy, Telecoms and Agribusiness.

We invested in IACA in 2022 to provide access to accredited training and skills development for Africans, enhancing career opportunities in a broader international market.
